By playing Spot It you agree to these terms and to the terms of the platform on which you are playing (for example Poki). If the two conflict, the platform's terms take precedence for matters under its control.
Spot It is a free, browser-based visual puzzle. All artwork is generated procedurally by the game at runtime. The game contains no in-app purchases and no real-money rewards.
The game code and all procedurally generated visuals are original works of the operator. No third-party game assets, characters, trademarks or copyrighted artwork are used. You may play and share links to the game, but you may not copy, decompile, reskin or redistribute the game build without written permission.
The game is supported by advertisements served by the distribution platform. Ad frequency and placement are controlled by that platform. We do not serve our own ads. We do not ask you to watch consecutive ads for a single reward.
The game is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and local progress may be lost if you clear browser data or use private browsing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's place of registration, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
